Joining multiple aluminum U channels together can be achieved through various methods, depending on the application’s structural requirements and desired appearance. Here’s a brief guide:

1. Screwing or Bolting: Drill holes into the channels and use screws or bolts to fasten them together. This method is straightforward, allows for disassembly if needed, but may not be as aesthetically pleasing as other methods. Ensure you use aluminum-compatible screws or bolts to avoid galvanic corrosion.

2. Welding: Aluminum welding requires some expertise, as it’s more challenging than welding steel. TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding is the most common method for welding aluminum.
