Can Aluminium Angle Bars be Welded?

Aluminium has a lower melting point than steel, and it can be more difficult to weld without causing warping or burning. It is recommended to use a TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welder and a filler rod suitable for the aluminium alloy being used. Proper cleaning of the surface to remove any oxide layer is also essential before welding, as the oxide layer has a higher melting point than the aluminium itself and can cause issues during welding.
